Melbourne - Day 12

Woke up today - making for both, DK & myself, a healthy brekkie of Sardine Cheese Roll! I have eaten mine by now but he hasn't cos he is sleeping away at the moment - he will be on Night Duty(after almost half a year getting off night shifts!) for 4 days beginning today, so he was just getting himself back into 'the mode' of sleeping during the day.

Therefore, he stayed awake the longest he could and only went to sleep about 6am today, I guess. I am not entirely sure what time...cos clearly I bonked-out waaaayyyy earlier than him. I dozed off to sleep while watching DVD with him like 3x!!! Alas, seeing how sleepy I was, he suggested we continue finishing up the rest of the movie later today..... told me get my sleep first:P

BTW So weird ok, I dunno why was I so tired or something (prolly the so chilly weather too!)-Never in my life was I fully-covered like yesterday, it was so freaking cold, I had chills all over my body-I HAD TO RUN FOR COVER! FROM HEAD TO TOE ya know....errrr.....I am only exxagerating here, it was more of From Neck to Toe la actually...So babi rite???? Tee-hee. So here goes>>>>>>>>>>>Tada!!!

I looked at myself here, I just laughed - cos I think I look retarded, though DK thinks it's cute- that I'm all warm & toasty, haha! (He made me give these silly poses, mind you! LOL) OMG I wonder what's with him these days, with a growing interest to snap photos leh!!!! Don't believe me? Scroll down for more:P
(See shots of Evelyn below - him being the photographer....what nonsense to snap people moving out and into a new place! HAHAHAHA.) I wasn't the one with the idea, but he came up to me to tag our camera along when we were to go out! WTF LOL

So my DK ada gaya not to be a pro-photog?:P (Ish Ally memang kes perasan!)

So yeah, in regards to Evelyn---she finally moved out to a new place. DK and I, helped her to shift - you can tell the neat, young lady is very happy about her big leap out for freedom after living for such a long-time with her 'difficult, messy' relatives, haha.

Right before we went to Evelyn's place, while heading to DK's parking lot at his apartment, I ran towards him to give him a tight hug from the back. Being the classic clumsy me, I accidentally gave him this scratch using my spectacles that I was holding on my blardy hand! It was a pity looking at his beautiful hand, now scratched, all because of me, so clumsy!!!!!!!!!!!! Unsightly & red right, but my poor babee boo never complained or EVEN blamed me - he can still joke about it saying, "This will be scarred for life". Ish. It only goes to show how much he sayang me and how lucky I am to get a wonderfool, understanding man like him for myself~~~awwww, baby you spoill me too much, too, too much---but I love the fact that you do, hehe! PS: Still, I'm SORRY again, dear:)

BEAUTY IS...

The London Bridge

I never saw oceans looking as beautiful as they are until 3 days ago! I have to say that I was in love again.....this time, with nature - such breathtaking views! The Great Ocean Road is indeed, GREAT.

Sherbrooke's River!

The Twelve Apostles

The Loch Ard Gorge Beach-walk

DK took me to the city at night. We boarded the train. In the city, I went abit bonkers just snapping away scenery photos like any tourist would do, hahaha, I'm so sampat!:P Then we strolled along the Waterfront before stopping over a nearby cafe to enjoy some more of quiet, nice and romantic time together:P

The fact that it was so chilly at nite and my blardy cheap shoe was causing my feet to sore made me cut our trip really short for now----urgh!

Be looking to my day trip to the city soon though, when we go and visit the museum for an exhibition on his off-day:)

Tra-la-la Trippin'!

Oh today's entry is an opportunity for me to show off DK's rented apartment in Melbourne. I think it's really a comfy place, so far.....but can't wait to see his actual REAL OWN house, come December this year!:)

....................

Unlike in Malaysia, heating up your legs in a cold country @ winter is indeed a heavenly thing to do!

Fried Rice @ Home

Apple, not Passionfruit- Huhu!

The Famous Crispy Chicken

His

Mine

Yesterday----
DK came home and I served him a late lunch of my 'Rojak' Fried Rice and he loved it - He was a happy, load-up boyfriend after that... and obviously I was a happy girlfriend seeing my boyfriend being the happy, load-up boyfriend. LOLOLOLOL We snuggled up awhile while watching DVD and then we pigged-in awhile till it was.....err....Dinnertime! My god, really babi man both of us! Hahaha.

Went to Box Hill, to thisAsian eatery - 1228 TEA HOUSE- Went there as DK said they had a generous portion in its food & their fried chicken is yummy.

But I guess I was not having much food-luck yesterday la. Why? Cos my orders were all hay-wired!!! I wanted to get myself Ice Blended Passionfruit with Pearl ( Those yam balls, black in colour wan) but they ran out of stock on Pearls. Ok nvm, just the Passionfruit then----when the drink arrived, I sipped and I sipped several times wondering, 'Why the hell this taste nothing like Passionfruit but an Apple instead???' To double confirm my wonderings I got DK to try it and he went, 'Yeh, it's APPLE.' Ish!

Then I ordered for Fish Fillet in Rice since I had the famous fried chicken as a side dish (which btw, DK wrongfully ordered in Spicy instead of what I actually wanted: Original), earlier. The waiter came back to me and said they don't have fish fillet for the day! So guess what? I ordered Rice with...........yea, Fried Chicken again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Urgh!!!WTF. #!^*%#$#!!!!!

Lucky the food was delicious though. Thank god that was not ruined.
PS: Lucky DK 'dengar salah' what I wanted cos apparently the Spicy tasted waaaayyyyyyyy better than the Original Crispy Chicken >_<

Yay, looking forward to our trip tomorrow. Going to the Great Ocean Road, ya'll!:)

My Life @ Melbourne

Alas, I'm in Melbourne and am expecting a good one month with DK!!! Landed Melbourne at 11.30pm (Aust Time) and weather was cold at 7 Degrees Celsius. Tired from sitting and doing nothing useful... (besides camwhoring, haha) in the 7 hours and 50 minutes from Malaysia, we just headed for home.
Next morning, woke up late and had late breakfast at Sofia's, an Italian restaurant that served really huge portion for one, my goodness tak boleh habis, so we tapau-ed! Haha. Went grocery shopping right after and spent quite a hefty stocking up for home cooking. Dinner was being at home eating up to the left-over from Sofia's, hehe. At night went over to DK's aunt's place and hung over for about close to an hour before midnite. Very nice lady, yay---we be going for a morning of Dim Sum one of these days!(Can't wait to experience the awesome Australian-made Har Kow, Lo Mai Kai, Sala Har (Fried Prawn Dumplings) and many many more!!!(OMG so pelahap like bertahun-tahun tak makan Dimsum already, lol!)

Today, my 2n day so far here is so far the most eventful la. We had instant noodles for breakfast at home, then we started preparing stuffs for tonight. This will be my 1st gathering with DK's mates-excited and anxious altogether cos this also marks them coming over to taste my cookings, hehe. DK, being the most helpful boyfriend, offered to do some kitchen chores along with me. It's so funny seeing him working his butt in the kitchen - Example, he appeared to me like he knew how to cut a whole chicken to small pieces but he actually was almost clueless all time, hahahaha! The best highlight has to be when he had some 'bonding' sessions with the vegetables we had. When he chopped the red onions - he teared like a baby! He quit chopping not long after that and proceed to helping me with boiling the soup and yes, wiping away my tears for everytime I had it while 'continuing' his task with the onions, beside watching Malcolm in the Middle on tv til I got done. (his ways of showing me he IS accompanying me in the kitchen, sorta, hehe)

PS: My babee is treating me very well here, friends .... so yeah don't worry about me - I'm well taken care of, hehe.
PPS: Photos will all be uploaded later - gotta go to catch some short nap and later prep myself up for the nite now. Toodles!
UPDATE: I dunno why but I can't seem to be successful loading pics here these two days! Hmmph! Nvm, u guys go check out on my FB album that I just uploaded k!:)

I'll be there...very soon.

Went Tesco buying ingredients to cook Kurma Chicken today. Pulled DK's mum along to 'wash eyes'. She ended up grocery shopping as well anyway. Haha. Women!:P

So I am finally done packing for Melbourne. I hope. Haha. Thinking of getting those face mask later when I'm out- cos apparently most masks in Australia are sold out! OMG, I'm so overweight already! My loads, I meant! My luggage is 19kgs, my hand-carriage is 3.4kgs and my backpack is 4.5kgs, hmm! (And I haven't included my ladies' bag samo le!) Haha!

Well, nothing much to nay-nay about today. BUT I definitely have lots for the next entry, hehe!

I'm gonna see my babay sooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where's the HOLE????!!!! (UPDATED)

You noticed the pointy white area??? Yes that's the stud trapped in my ear lobe! I can't seem to direct it out back myself!!!

Shit shit is all I can say right now! My right ear is going through a 'wardrobe malfuction' as I type away now. Blardy red rite???! Yes, my earring(front stud) is stuck somewhere in my ear and it's not at the right spot! I can't pull it out myself cos I only have the back stud, what is there for me to support in the front if I wanted to pull it off myself anyway?!!! As much as I hate to say this, but yea, I THINK only the Doctor is my resort now! (Shit I hate getting medical injections! Urgh!)

I would have not decided to re-pierced my 'closed' hole if I knew this messy affair is to be dawned on me. So painful can die! Ouch it really hurts - worst than getting tattooed!

I MUST HAVE IT TAKEN OUT BY TONIGHT - To be continued....(Will update after I 'save' my ear)

UPDATE:
So I just came home from the hospital. I was instructed by the doctor to get a local injection. All was ok until I noticed that when she said I will be sent to Procedure Room, it actually meant Minor Surgery Room-I definitely was not ready for that! I'm a real chicken when it comes to stuffs like this (I know what you are thinking now, 'She can go for tattoo, why pulak scared to do this?' rite?? It's different feeling la!D-I-F-F-E-R-E-N-T))

I started crying as I really feared the worst after Paul told me in a worst scenario they will need to slice my skin off a little bit to take the stoopid earring out. I'm like, "WTF???!" And that it could take up to a month for healing I went, "OMG, No!!!"

In the room after I was called in, I bombarded the med-guy who attended me with many, many ridiculous questions (which is so ridiculous I won't even say it here! LOL) Then he injected me 4x til I went totally numb. In like about 3 mins, the ordeal was over! There was the stucked earring placed in front of my eyes on the surgical bed! After all those crying.....I'm relieved. I was treated to some cleaning/dressing at the infected area.

Now I actually know why I didn't feel well yesterday. All the wooziness and fever I had was due to the infection from my ear. Shit, I thought I was falling ill due to some pandemic causes of late, how silly and ignorant of me the same time!

Here are shots taken after the earring came out from my ear lobe.

See my blood stain on the stud???

Just right after taking it off @ hospital -- yucks -- Red and ewww!

Before I lay my head to sleep at home.

Family time.

I had a good weekend before I'm to fly this week.

Delayed entry for Friday:

Cooked myself Nasi Goreng Ayam for early Dinner.

Made some effort to go back to Grandma's place in Johor on Friday to pay her a visit, along with Aunt Melinda. Reached around 1am, bunked in and woke up at 11.30am!!!! Went to the cyber cafe nearby with Tiffany and it's like the coolest yet oddest kind of spot one can get-But I DEFINITELY LIKED IT COS IT'S SO CONVENIENT TO GRAB ANYTHING I WANT! Yea, it is in a grocery store!LOL

How convenient roite???

Then on Sunday off we went to the city of entertainment -GENTING HIGHLANDS- mum, dad, sis, and me. Stayed in Resort Hotel and the room was ... Darn Good for something that's free of course! I especially loved the bathroom, eh. I LOVE BIRTHDAY-cos I get free hotel stay, at least once a year, in Genting!!! Blessed be good ol' Ally:P

Dad in car on the way to Genting. My goodness, so geram cute! Old man very happy to go jalan-jalan after so long since he fell sick.

Still filthy. LMAO.

A view of the Deluxe room we got (Nice outside view also!)

So what if I'm loo-strucked, eh?:P

Then off to FREE karaoke with my sis, Angeline. But our 2 hours karaoke was 'cut short' to only abt 45mins cos my sis is really a spoill-sport! Why? She refuses the mic all too often and there is only me singing most of the time like 'soh poh syok sendiri' .... I lost the interest to pursue making use of the 2 given hours, alas. (I still managed to get her sing on 2 songs by Tatu -no wonder she hates singing, her voice sounded so funny on record! But she'll give you a good 'live' version of Tatu's high-screetchy sounds each time she does it-I can do it, but after some time I kinda lose the edge, you see-I 'pancit' by the end of day! Haha. Video too long, more than 100MB so cannot be uploaded here. Isk!

Today mum 'wash hands' - no cooking. Instead I took kitchen once again. So it's Ally's Vindaloo Chicken in da house XD
