55 and counting...

Dear Daddy,

Happy birthday. I think you had one of THE best birthday this year eh?:)

Well, remember when you told me once how much you loved having all of us in one place gathering for birthdays, especially if it was yours? Yes, we did it this time - your wife, son, daughters, nephew, niece, your most beloved sister in-law and even her mum-in-law along with your childrens' gf/bf ---we ALL gathered together for you! And obviously, that was the best present you can ask for, and granted we did. We saw how happy you were, at least for today, on your birthday....after months of feeling down and lousy over your condition, Daddy.

You are 55 now. For most Dads, they should be still able to move about on their own business. But here you are, helpless. Yes, we fuss and sometimes fight over who should be the one looking after you! It's just that sometimes the situations we are in just make us all feel we are going through a tough time with you. I'm sure you get hurt (and I saw you cried before too) watching it happening (thinking as if we love you no more) but Daddy despite this fact, Daddy, please know that whatever it is, at the end of the day, we still and always will love you. I LOVE YOU. Something happens 'in the moment' that we need to 'let go' and that's about it. I guess.

You may not know it, but I learned alot of valuable life lessons from you. You taught me how to be kind and loving to others though we may not have all the riches in the world. You taught me that in life it's all about patience; and you will be rewarded after (although you said that I might not know what kind of reward awaits me.) As my Daddy, you always try to put me as your 'priority' - you always second yourself for me. Regardless of what people say about you, I wouldn't trade you for another 'daddy' in the world - to me, you're still my one and only Daddy.

So, Daddy, I hope you continue to have many more of your birthdays with us, your family, in the future. This birthday of yours is so special and important to me (albeit me being sick) because I probably won't be here celebrating with you next year. Although I may not be around you much next time as I will be away with my new life soon, you should know that I'm always gonna be with you in your heart. I will forever be your little 'fat girl' ; be it if we are near or apart.

Be well, Daddy. And again, happy birthday my 'BIG BABY' Daddy!!!:)

Luv,
Your Daughter - 'Fatty' Ally

Family time.

I had a good weekend before I'm to fly this week.

Delayed entry for Friday:

Cooked myself Nasi Goreng Ayam for early Dinner.

Made some effort to go back to Grandma's place in Johor on Friday to pay her a visit, along with Aunt Melinda. Reached around 1am, bunked in and woke up at 11.30am!!!! Went to the cyber cafe nearby with Tiffany and it's like the coolest yet oddest kind of spot one can get-But I DEFINITELY LIKED IT COS IT'S SO CONVENIENT TO GRAB ANYTHING I WANT! Yea, it is in a grocery store!LOL

How convenient roite???

Then on Sunday off we went to the city of entertainment -GENTING HIGHLANDS- mum, dad, sis, and me. Stayed in Resort Hotel and the room was ... Darn Good for something that's free of course! I especially loved the bathroom, eh. I LOVE BIRTHDAY-cos I get free hotel stay, at least once a year, in Genting!!! Blessed be good ol' Ally:P

Dad in car on the way to Genting. My goodness, so geram cute! Old man very happy to go jalan-jalan after so long since he fell sick.

Still filthy. LMAO.

A view of the Deluxe room we got (Nice outside view also!)

So what if I'm loo-strucked, eh?:P

Then off to FREE karaoke with my sis, Angeline. But our 2 hours karaoke was 'cut short' to only abt 45mins cos my sis is really a spoill-sport! Why? She refuses the mic all too often and there is only me singing most of the time like 'soh poh syok sendiri' .... I lost the interest to pursue making use of the 2 given hours, alas. (I still managed to get her sing on 2 songs by Tatu -no wonder she hates singing, her voice sounded so funny on record! But she'll give you a good 'live' version of Tatu's high-screetchy sounds each time she does it-I can do it, but after some time I kinda lose the edge, you see-I 'pancit' by the end of day! Haha. Video too long, more than 100MB so cannot be uploaded here. Isk!

Today mum 'wash hands' - no cooking. Instead I took kitchen once again. So it's Ally's Vindaloo Chicken in da house XD

At the tattoo parlour, in session:

Jimmy (Tattooist): This spider ah? You sure?
Me: Spider la. No meh?
Jimmy: (Sarcastic almost-wanna-burst-out-laughing tone) Wah your spider must be very fast -got 12 legs la! Super spider ah!

Then I asked to double check those legs. Confirmed. 12 legs la!OMG.

Me: *SPEECHLESS* (Malu la, what some more!)
Evelyn: If only it's a butterfly....
Me: Erm.
Jimmy: You want butterfly?
Me: If you could turn it into one???? Hehe.

Jimmy's brilliant. In an instant, he modified my 'creature' to a beautiful BLUE-winged butterfly!:P
(Lucky beeyotch la me!)

The sketch... initially with spider.

The 'work-in-progress':

The final result after almost 2 hours!

BBQ-Marinated Fried Wings in Peppered Honey. Hungry anyone??

Haih. Sleepy now. Or at least my leg had a long day. It needs rest. I have like 3.5 hours til I rise again to go out with Paul again for his virginal tatt, hehe. Can't wait to see his 'sakit' face. *Evil grin*

I miss DK. Since yesterday. (So random tiba2) Nevermind, patience --- only 8 days to go>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
